Tapestry is a versatile and flexible choir – able to sing at special events such as weddings, parties, charity functions, or funerals (according to your needs and the venue). Contact us and we will help you find music appropriate for the occasion.

We have music to suit all tastes – our repertoire covers a wide range of choral traditions from the 16^th century to the present day, religious and secular, a cappella or accompanied by piano, organ, or backing track. We also have numerous instrumentalists such as a harpist, a trumpeter, a flautist, and a recorder consort.

Special requests

If there is a particular song which you’d like to have performed which isn’t currently available in published form we are able to supply commissioned arrangements on request – please note this requires at least three months in order to write, print, and rehearse the arrangement.

What we required from the hirer/venue

• Floor space or stage area of 4 metres x 3 metres (minimum).
• If lighting is required, 4 x 13 amp electrical supply (or 16 amp supply if available).
• Access to set up in the venue approx. 45-60 minutes before your event starts (depending on venue size and equipment levels). Approx. 60 minutes set down time after the event.
• If performing outdoors, we require hard flooring and appropriate cover to protect from the elements (heat, rain, etc).
• Changing area for the performers and storage space for equipment cases and personal items.
• Please advise us in advance if your venue has any noise restrictions or noise curfews in place.
• Access to drinking water.
• Please only use images and artwork supplied to you by Tapestry Chamber Choir to promote your event (available without charge on request).
• Tapestry Chamber Choir may take photographs or video recordings at an event for use on our social media or website. If you do not agree to us to using such images then please advise us before the event.
• Please ask permission in advance if any photographs or audio/video recording is to be taken during your event. Photographs and recordings are only permitted for your own use as a record of an event and must not, under any circumstances, be used for commercial or resale purposes.
